The Boy Who Made Monsters

The Boy Who Made Monsters

What if the real monsters aren’t in the loch… but inside us? 💙

Benji McLaughlin is a dreamer, a believer, and a boy on a mission to save his uncle’s struggling holiday business. His plan? Prove that the Loch Lochy monster is real. With his brother Stanley, new friend Murdy, and the ever-faithful Mr Dog by his side, Benji sets out to bring hope, laughter, and a little bit of magic back to his world.

But sometimes the scariest monsters aren’t the ones hiding in the deep — they’re the ones we carry with us.

Heartwarming, hilarious, and full of wonder, this modern classic from Jenny Pearson reminds readers that love and hope are the greatest adventures of all.
