What are Wonder Wing Subscriptions?
Subscriptions are our bespoke, curated book subscription plans. You can choose one-off purchases or recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or termly) tailored to your preferences. Each box is personalized based on the information you provide, such as your child’s age or reading interests, ensuring a magical reading experience.
What are Subscription Bundles?
Bundles are collections of high-quality books available as one-time purchases or recurring orders. These are perfect for gifting or building a home library with a variety of engaging titles.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in the “My Account” section on https://www.wonderwing.co.uk or by emailing support@wonderwing.co.uk. To cancel, log into your account or contact us before your next renewal date. Prepaid subscriptions will deliver all remaining boxes but won’t auto-renew unless specified. Can I pause my subscription?
At this time, Wonder Wing does not offer a pause option for subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription and restart it at any time by updating your account or contacting orders@wonderwing.co.uk.
Orders and Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver orders within 30 days, though this may vary based on order volume, stock levels, and courier logistics. Subscription boxes typically ship within 3-5 business days of your order or renewal. All orders are tracked, and you’ll receive updates via email. Wonder Wing is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use trusted services like Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcelforce for both subscription and non-subscription orders. Deliveries are made via letterbox, small, or medium parcel options, depending on your order size.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to mainland UK only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact orders@wonderwing.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
What if my order is lost or doesn’t arrive?
If your order doesn’t arrive or is lost, please report it within 7 days of the dispatch date by emailing orders@wonderwing.co.uk. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed, send a replacement box based on the outcome.
Payments and Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. All prices are listed in GBP, and VAT is added at checkout for non-subscription purchases.
Why was my card charged £1?
When you register for a subscription, order a one-off box, or update your payment details, we may place a temporary £1 authorization hold to verify your card. This is immediately voided but may briefly appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can I change my payment method?
Yes! Update your payment method in the “My Account” section on https://www.wonderwing.co.uk or contact orders@wonderwing.co.uk for assistance. Ensure your payment details are current to avoid subscription interruptions.
Will I be notified of price changes?
Yes, we’ll provide at least 30 days’ written notice via email before any subscription fee changes take effect.
Gift Subscriptions
How do Wonder Wing Gift Subscriptions work?
Gift Subscriptions are available in 3- or 6-month bundles, delivered monthly. After purchase, you’ll receive a voucher code via email, which the recipient can redeem at checkout. Gift subscriptions are non-refundable, expire after 12 months, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Can I send a physical gift pack?
Yes! You can opt for a Physical Gift Pack with a gift code for an additional cost. The recipient will need to redeem the code to activate their subscription. Ensure the recipient’s address is in mainland UK.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
For non-subscription orders, you have 14 days from delivery to return items in good, sellable condition for a refund. For subscriptions, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your first box for a refund. Lit-tle Dragons Box Series items are made-to-order and non-returnable unless faulty. How do I return an item?
Email orders@wonderwing.co.uk to request a return form. Return items in their original packaging to Wonder Wing, 4 River Don Crescent, Bucksburn, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB21 9FP. You’re responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Promotions and Referrals
How do promotional codes work?
Promotional codes are typically valid for first-time subscription orders only and cannot be combined with other offers. After the promotional period, renewals are charged at full price. Check your account for billing dates and terms.
What is the Wonder Wing Referral Program?
Our Referral Program rewards you for inviting friends! Share your unique referral link (found in your Wonder Wing account). Your friend gets a 15% “Wonder Wing Buddies” discount on their first order, and you receive a 20% “Wonder-Wing Reward” discount on your next order (minimum £15, excludes subscriptions). Rewards are emailed after your friend’s qualifying purchase.
