Return information
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any unwanted items. This means the item must be delivered back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. For your convenience, we’ll send a reminder email 7 days after delivery to ensure you have time to initiate a return.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition. This includes any packaging, tags, inserts, or accessories that came with the item. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts may not be accepted for a full refund. If an item is returned in a non-sellable condition, we may refuse a refund or exchange or offer a partial refund at our discretion. To assist you, we’ve provided a checklist on our website to ensure your return meets these requirements.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. However, in certain cases, Wonder Wing may offer a prepaid return shipping label or a full/partial refund of the return shipping cost, depending on the situation. These situations include:

To streamline the process, we now offer a downloadable return label for eligible returns, which can be accessed through your Wonder Wing account.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items. We waive the restocking fee for returns due to our error or defective items to ensure a hassle-free experience.
How to Make a Return
1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at orders@wonderwing.co.uk within the 14-day return window. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and the item(s) you wish to return. You can also initiate a return directly through the “Returns” section in your Wonder Wing account for faster processing.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and specific return instructions once your item is cleared for return. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package to avoid delays.
3. Return Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure the packaging is secure to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend including a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip to expedite processing.
4. Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the address provided below. Obtain a tracking number for your return shipment, as Wonder Wing is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

5. Attach Label and Ship: Attach the return shipping label (if provided) and ship the package using a trackable service. Keep your receipt for proof of return.
6. Return Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy requirements. We will process your return and issue a refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) within 7 business days. You will receive a notification email confirming your return and refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference, if specified at the time of return.

Subscription Boxes – Our boxes are made to order and may occasionally include personalised items. As such, they are non-returnable unless faulty.
