Jasper the Firefighting Dragon

Jasper the Firefighting Dragon by Val Blackburn (Illustrated by Sarah-Leigh Wills)

Meet Jasper, a dragon who is truly one of a kind! While other dragons breathe fire, Jasper breathes great big jets of water instead. At first, Jasper feels left out because he can't join in the fire-breathing fun in Huffenpuffen Valley, but he soon discovers that being different is exactly what makes him special.

This heart-warming tale follows Jasper as he finds his perfect place in the world—joining the fire brigade! It is a wonderful story for any child who loves dragons and fire engines, teaching important lessons about friendship, self-acceptance, and celebrating what makes us unique.
