The Pieces of Ourselves

The Pieces of Ourselves by Maggie Harcourt
Flora doesn’t do people — not since The Incident that left her diagnosed with bipolar II. But then Hal appears, asking for her help to research a missing World War I soldier. For Flora, working with Hal is the stuff of nightmares… until it isn’t. As they uncover a story of lost love and hidden secrets, Flora begins to see reflections of herself — and realises she might be ready to let someone new in. A heartfelt YA romance that tenderly explores mental health, history, and the courage it takes to fall in love again.
