Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Your appointment is important to us and treated with the highest regard. While we understand that the unforeseen could occur at any time, it is important that you give sufficient notice before the cancellation of an appointment. Appointment slots are reserved to offer our creatives the highest quality of service. Hence it is exclusively reserved and inhibits other clients from taking advantage of the session. All sessions and appointments must be booked on the website. Paid plan members can book freely into their sessions hence limiting the number of clients per session/appointment to the specified maximum. As a result, any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be completed at least 24 hours before the session/appointment is due to commence. ​​Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 

The cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to relevant services where booking appointments and sessions are required. Failing to cancel or request to reschedule within this required time frame would lead to a non-refund or a cancellation fee being incurred. All rescheduling and cancellations must be completed with a minimum of 24-hour notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the commencement of the session will not be refunded. However, rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours of notice would incur a fee equal to 50% of the session price. Appointments can only be rescheduled once before being terminated. There would be no refunds in such circumstances that lead to termination by Us

Any session purchased with a discounted offer cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. This would result in the automatic forfeiture of the session. Failure to attend or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. For any cancelled appointment, you can rebook a new appointment at any time. This would be at the full cost of the session. There are no discounts applicable in such situations.

It is advisable to set a reminder for appointments, so they do not get missed and are properly prepared for. Use a calendar, either electronic or physical, to help you plan. We send out reminders via email. This is an add-on quality service, provided at at Book Mama's discretion and must not be considered an entitlement or added-on service as part of your appointment/session payment.

It is your responsibility to attend your planned sessions.

 

Cancellations must be completed via a telephone call or text message to +44 07368 107289, with details of the session to be amended. All cancellations must be completed no less than 24 hours before the booked session.


Email cancellations that fail to meet the 24-hour minimum notice requirement would be addressed as cancellations and would not be refunded.
